Petr is an open-source DNS software developer since 2012. He also participates to the IETF dnsop working group, DNS-OARC, and generally is interested in "all things DNS". He is also a proponent of DNS ecosystem cleanup which took form of DNS flag days during years 2019 and 2020. Besides work on standards-based DNS, he also worked on a multi-master DNS implementation called bind-dyndb-ldap, which extends BIND with multi-master capabilities.
